In preparing for the next school year, students need the following examinations completed and returned to the school nurse by October 1st, 2022:
Physical Examination (kindergarten, 6th & 11th grades, and transfer students from another state)
Dental Examination (kindergarten, 3rd & 7th grades)
It is important to verify with your child's healthcare provider that all immunizations are current.
A current immunization record needs to be kept on file in the school's health room.
